Common use of Determination of Charge Components Clause in Contracts

Determination of Charge Components. These three components of the Delta Water Charge for each calendar year, together with that portion of the revenues derived during such calendar year from the sale or other disposal of electrical energy generated in connection with operation of Project Conservation Facilities which is allocated by the State to repayment of the respective category of costs, shall return to the State during such calendar year the following categories, respectively, of the costs allocated pursuant to subdivisions (c)(1) through (c)(3) of this article to the purpose of water conservation in, above, and below the Delta.
