Destruction/Return Clause Samples
Destruction/Return. The Clinical Research Sites will be instructed to follow all applicable laws, regulations and policies regarding the disposition or destruction of the Test Article. The Company will pay for the cost of transporting any requested, unused Test Article from the Clinical Research Site to the Company.
Destruction/Return. Upon Elemental Machines’ request and upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement, Customer will: (a) promptly return to Elemental Machines or, if so directed by Elemental Machines, destroy all tangible embodiments of the Device (in every form and medium), and (b) certify (by a Customer officer) to Elemental Machines in writing that Customer has fully complied with the foregoing obligations.
