DESTRUCTION OF BORROWER'S DOCUMENTS. All documents, schedules, invoices, agings, or other papers delivered to any one or more members of the Lender Group may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by such member of the Lender Group 4 months after they are delivered to or received by such member of the Lender Group, unless Borrower requests, in writing, the return of said documents, schedules, or other papers and makes arrangements, at Borrower's expense, for their return.
