Common use of Designee of Issuer for Loan Repayments Clause in Contracts

Designee of Issuer for Loan Repayments. The Borrower shall make Loan Repayments, as provided herein, in lawful money of the United States of America directly to the Bank, as the Issuer’s designee for receipt of such Loan payments hereunder. Each such Loan Repayment shall be made by the Borrower by wire transfer of immediately available funds directly to the Bank, as the designee of the Issuer.
