Common use of Designation of Order Fulfillers and Resellers Clause in Contracts

Designation of Order Fulfillers and Resellers. a) Vendor may designate Order Fulfillers and Resellers to act as the distributors for products and services available under the Contract. In designating Order Fulfillers and Resellers, Vendor must be in compliance with the State’s Policy on Utilization of Historically Underutilized Businesses. In addition to the required Subcontracting Plan, Vendor shall provide DIR with the following Order Fulfiller and Reseller information: Order Fulfiller or Reseller name, Order Fulfiller or Reseller business address, Order Fulfiller or Reseller CPA Identification Number, Order Fulfiller or Reseller contact person email address and phone number.
