Development Area 10.4. The Development Area shall encompass all Deposits to be produced.
CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT & PROMOTION FUND 19.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Construction Industry Development and Promotion Fund (the “Industry Fund”) the amount identified at Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and it shall remit such contributions to the Union together with union dues, and in the manner described in the Remittances to the Union article and in the Union’s remittance directives.
School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). In the PSS™E power flow base case provided by NYISO, facilities rated at 115 kV and above in PSS™E designated areas 6 through 11 are monitored in the study. System Impact Study An assessment by the Transmission Provider of (i) the adequacy of the Transmission System to accommodate a Completed Application, an Interconnection Request or an Upgrade Request, (ii) whether any additional costs may be incurred in order to provide such transmission service or to accommodate an Interconnection Request, and (iii) with respect to an Interconnection Request, an estimated date that an Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility can be interconnected with the Transmission System and an estimate of the Interconnection Customer’s cost responsibility for the interconnection; and (iv) with respect to an Upgrade Request, the estimated cost of the requested system upgrades or expansion, or of the cost of the system upgrades or expansion, necessary to provide the requested incremental rights.

Pavement Design If applicable, the Engineer shall incorporate the pavement design developed by the State for this project. If the pavement design is not available, the State may request the Engineer to perform pavement design and submit to State for review and approval.
School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.
