Common use of Designated Offices Clause in Contracts

Designated Offices. The officers of the Company shall be a President and a Secretary, and there may be one or more Vice-Presidents, a Treasurer and such other officers as may, from time to time, be elected or appointed by the Board. Any two officers may be combined in the same person, and none need be a director. The initial officers of the Company are named in the attached Exhibit A.
