Common use of Designated Groups Clause in Contracts

Designated Groups. The Parties recognize that differing career patterns may be more common among members belonging to the designated groups. Members may choose to articulate ways in which ex- periences or events have influenced their career path, including factors resulting from their belonging in one (1) or more of the designated groups.
