Designated availability. The Employer will enable the Employee to take time off depending on their individual circumstances or needs and if the following procedure is complied with: (a) approval is given by the Employee’s Manager; and (b) the Employee has noted their unavailability for the day(s) in that roster cycle at least 14 days before the commencement of the roster cycle.
