Common use of Design Validation Clause in Contracts

Design Validation. M▇▇▇▇ shall establish and maintain procedures for Validating the design of the Product(s). Design Validation shall be performed under defined operating conditions on initial production units, Lots or batches, or their equivalents. Design Validation shall ensure that the Product(s) conforms to defined user needs and intended uses, and shall include testing of the Product(s) under actual or simulated use conditions. Results of Design Validation shall be documented in the DHF.
