Design Two Sample Clauses

Design Two. CLEC will provide fiber cable to the last entrance (or SBC-AMERITECH designated) manhole at the SBC-AMERITECH Tandem or End Office switch. SBC-AMERITECH shall make all necessary preparations to receive and to allow and enable CLEC to deliver fiber optic facilities into that manhole. CLEC will provide a sufficient length of Optical Fire Resistant (“OFR”) cable for SBC- AMERITECH to pull the fiber cable through the SBC-AMERITECH cable vault and terminate on the SBC-AMERITECH fiber distribution frame (“FDF”) in SBC- AMERITECH’s office. CLEC shall deliver and maintain such strands wholly at its own expense up to the POI. SBC-AMERITECH shall take the fiber from the manhole and terminate it inside SBC-AMERITECH’s office on the FDF at SBC-AMERITECH’s expense. In this case the POI shall be at the SBC-AMERITECH designated manhole location.

Design Two. Both Sprint and AT&T 9-STATE each provide two fibers between their locations. This design may only be considered where existing fibers are available and there is a mutual benefit to both Sprint and AT&T 9-STATE. AT&T 9-STATE will provide the fibers associated with the “working” side of the system. Sprint will provide the fibers associated with the “protection” side of the system. Sprint and AT&T 9-STATE will work cooperatively to terminate each other’s fiber in order to provision this joint point-to-point linear chain or fiber ring SONET system. Both Sprint and AT&T 9-STATE will work cooperatively to determine the appropriate technical handoff for purposes of demarcation and fault isolation.
Design Two. Pine Belt will provide fiber cable to the last entrance (or CenturyLink designated) manhole at the CenturyLink End Office switch. CenturyLink shall make all necessary preparations to receive and to allow and enable Pine Belt to deliver fiber optic facilities into that manhole. Pine Belt will provide a sufficient length of Optical Fire Resistant (OFR) cable for CenturyLink to pull the fiber cable through the CenturyLink cable vault and terminate on the CenturyLink fiber distribution frame (FDF) in CenturyLink's office. Pine Belt shall deliver and maintain such strands wholly at its own expense up to the POI. CenturyLink shall take the fiber from the manhole and terminate it inside CenturyLink's office on the FDF at Pine Belt’s expense. In this case the POI shall be at the CenturyLink FDF.
Design Two. Cal-Ore will provide fiber cable to the last entrance (or CenturyTel designated) manhole at the CenturyTel End Office switch. CenturyTel shall make all necessary preparations to receive and to allow and enable Cal-Ore to deliver fiber optic facilities into that manhole. Cal-Ore will provide a sufficient length of Optical Fire Resistant (OFR) cable for CenturyTel to pull the fiber cable through the CenturyTel cable vault and terminate on the CenturyTel fiber distribution frame (FDF) in CenturyTel's office. Cal-Ore shall deliver and maintain such strands wholly at its own expense up to the POI. CenturyTel shall take the fiber from the manhole and terminate it inside CenturyTel's office on the FDF at Cal-Ore’s expense. In this case the POI shall be at the CenturyTel FDF.
Design Two. Big River will provide fiber cable to the last entrance (or CenturyLink designated) manhole at the CenturyLink End Office switch. CenturyLink shall make all necessary preparations to receive and to allow and enable Big River to deliver fiber optic facilities into that manhole. Big River will provide a sufficient length of Optical Fire Resistant (OFR) cable for CenturyLink to pull the fiber cable through the CenturyLink cable vault and terminate on the CenturyLink fiber distribution frame (FDF) in CenturyLink's office. Big River shall deliver and maintain such strands wholly at its own expense up to the POI. CenturyLink shall take the fiber from the manhole and terminate it inside CenturyLink's office on the FDF at Big River’s expense. In this case the POI shall be at the CenturyLink FDF.
Design Two. SBCT shall designate a manhole or other suitable entry‑way immediately outside the MISC as a Fiber‑Meet entry point and shall make all necessary preparations to receive, and to allow and enable CBT to deliver, fiber optic facilities into that manhole with sufficient spare length for SBCT to pull the fiber cable to the SBCT cable vault and there splice the cable for connectivity with the OLTM equipment SBCT has installed in the MISC. CBT shall deliver and maintain such strands wholly at its own expense. Upon verbal request by CBT to SBCT, SBCT will allow CBT access to the Fiber-Meet entry point for maintenance purposes as promptly as possible after SBCTs receipt of such request. The Interconnection Point will be defined as the designated manhole or entry-way. DESIGN THREE. Midspan fiber interconnection between the Parties can occur at any technically feasible point, as required by the Act, between SBCT’s facility and CBT’s end office or any other CBT facility eligible for Collocation. This interconnection will be a single mode fiber optic cable. DESIGN FOUR. Both SBCT and CBT each provide two fibers between their locations. This design may be considered where existing fibers are available and there is a mutual benefit to both Parties. CBT will provide the fibers associated with the “working” side of the system. SBCT will provide the fibers associated with the “protection” side of the system. The Parties will work cooperatively to terminate each other’s fiber in order to provision this joint point-to-point linear chain system. Both Parties will work cooperatively to determine the appropriate technical handoff for purposes of demarcation and fault isolation. The Interconnection Point will be defined as being at the CBT location. Each Party shall use its best efforts to ensure that fiber received from the other Party will enter that Party's Switching Center or Wire Center through a point separate from that through which such Party's own fiber exited. CBT shall consider the construction of a separate entrance facility as a means to achieve requested redundancy but CBT is not obligated to agree to such construction. For Fiber‑Meet arrangements, each Party will be responsible for (i) providing its own transport facilities to the Fiber-Meet and (ii) the cost to build‑out its facilities to such Fiber-Meet.
Design Two. CLEC will provide fiber cable to the last entrance (or SBC designated) manhole at the SBC Tandem or End Office switch. SBC shall make all necessary preparations to receive and to allow and enable CLEC to deliver fiber optic facilities into that manhole. CLEC will provide a sufficient length of Optical Fire Resistant (“OFR”) cable for SBC to pull the fiber cable through the SBC cable vault and terminate on the SBC fiber distribution frame (“FDF”) in SBC’s office. CLEC shall deliver and maintain such strands wholly at its own expense up to the POI. SBC shall take the fiber from the manhole and terminate it inside SBC’s office on the FDF at SBC’s expense. In this case the POI shall be at the SBC designated manhole location.
