Common use of Design Services Clause in Contracts

Design Services. 2.5.1 Full scope of Design services shall be performed by qualified architects/engineers and other professionals selected and paid by the Design/Build Entity. The professional obligations of such persons shall be undertaken and performed in the interest of the Design/Build Entity. Nothing contained herein shall create any contractual relationship between subcontractors, architects/engineers and/or suppliers with the Principal Representative.

Design Services. 2.5.1 Full scope of 3.6.1 Design services shall be performed by qualified architects/engineers and other professionals selected and paid by the Design/Build Entity.
