Common use of Design Documentation Clause in Contracts

Design Documentation. All design documentation (including documents, drawings, specifications, reports, models, samples and calculations, equipment technical information, plans, charts, tables, schedules, data (stored by any means), photographs and finishes boards) in computer readable and written forms necessary for the Subcontractor to complete any part of the Subcontract Works which is not fully designed and documented in the Subcontract Works Description. Any agreement, approval, authorisation, certificate, consent, decision, demand, determination, direction, explanation, failure to consent, instruction, notice, notification, order, permission, rejection, request or requirement.
