Common use of Design Development Phase of Project Clause in Contracts

Design Development Phase of Project. 2.1.5.1 On specific written approval by District of the plans and the preliminary project budget or allowance described in section 2.1.4 of this article, Architect/Engineer shall prepare design development documents consisting at a minimum of site and floor plans, elevations, and any other drawings and documents sufficient to fix and describe the size and character of the Project's structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, types, quality and makeup of materials, types of structures and outline specifications (for presentation to District’s Governing Board for approval).
