Design Checks, Certifications and Design Reviews‌ Developer shall ensure that the Designer’s organization checks all Design Documents, including drawings, Plans, specifications, calculations, and reports, produced by Developer’s organization. The DQAM shall certify that these documents have been checked in accordance with the requirements of the PPA Documents and Developer’s Design QA/QC Plan. The DQAM’s written certification shall provide the certification specified in Section 3.12.3.
