Description of the Purchaser. (a) The Company shall afford the Purchaser a reasonable opportunity in which to review and comment on any description of the Purchaser and/or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement with respect to the Purchaser that is to be included in the Registration Statement filed after the date hereof, and the Company shall take into account such comments from the Purchaser.
