Description of Purchaser. (a) The Purchaser hereby consents and undertakes to promptly provide a description of its organization and business activities to the Company (the “Purchaser Description”) to be used solely in the Registration Statement and the prospectus therein, and hereby represents that its Purchaser Description will be true and accurate in all material respects and will not be misleading in any material respect.
