DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES. The Premises consists of bedroom(s), bathroom(s), a break area and a common area. It is understood that Resident/Tenant shall have exclusive use and occupancy of a bedroom (if the suite contains more than one) and the shared use and occupancy of the bathroom(s), break area and common area with the other resident(s) of such suite unit.
