DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES. Lessor leases to Lessee the described Parcels (the Premises), as shown in Exhibit A. and as described as follows: MARQUETTE COUNTY Michigamme Township T50N, R29W N1/2 of NW1/4 and SW1/4 of NW1/4 of Section 12 2. TITLE: Lessee acknowledges that (a) Lessor makes no warranty of title with respect to the Premises; (b) Xxxxxx has had the opportunity to make its own assessment to such title; and (c) Lessee waives any claim against Lessor for inadequate or defective title to the Premises.
