Description of Common Units. The Partnership proposes to issue and sell to the Underwriters 2,700,000 common units (the “Firm Units”) representing limited partner interests in the Partnership (the “Common Units”). The Partnership further proposes to grant to the Underwriters the right to purchase up to an additional 405,000 Common Units (the “Option Units”) under certain circumstances as provided in Section 3 of this Agreement. The Firm Units and the Option Units are herein sometimes referred to as the “Units” and are more fully described in the Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus (each hereinafter defined).
