Deposits of Collections into the Collection Account. (a) From and after the Effective Date, the Servicer shall no longer deposit Collections into the CARCO Collection Account, and instead shall deposit Collections directly into the Collection Account established and maintained in the name of the Trustee pursuant to Section 402(a) of the Indenture. The Servicer shall make deposits into the Collection Account at such times and in such amounts as specified below in this Section 4.02.
