Deposit to Escrow Account. Upon satisfaction of the conditions specified in Section 3.04 of the Lease, Lessor will cause the Acquisition Amount to be deposited in the Escrow Account. Lessee agrees to pay any costs with respect to the Equipment in excess of amounts available therefor in the Escrow Account.
