Common use of Deposit of Rollover Shares Clause in Contracts

Deposit of Rollover Shares. No later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing, each Shareholder and any agent of such Shareholder holding certificates evidencing any of the Rollover Shares shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Parent all certificates representing the Rollover Shares in such Person’s possession, for disposition in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; such certificates and documents shall be held by Parent or any agent authorized by Parent until the Closing.

Deposit of Rollover Shares. No later than five three (53) Business Days prior to the Closing, each Shareholder the Rollover Shareholders and any agent of such Shareholder the Rollover Shareholders holding certificates evidencing any of the Rollover Shares shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Parent all certificates representing the Rollover Shares in such Person’s Persons’ possession, for disposition in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; such certificates and documents shall be held by Parent or any agent authorized by Parent until the Closing.

Deposit of Rollover Shares. No later than five three (53) Business Days prior to the Closing, each Shareholder the Rollover Shareholders and any agent of such Shareholder the Affiliates and agents of the Rollover Shareholders holding certificates evidencing any of the Rollover Shares shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Parent all certificates representing the Rollover Shares in such Person’s Persons’ possession, for disposition in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; such certificates and documents Agreement (the “Share Documents”). The Share Documents shall be held by Parent or any agent authorized by Parent until the Closing.

No later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Rollover Closing, each Shareholder the Rollover Shareholders and any agent of such Shareholder the Rollover Shareholders holding certificates evidencing any of the Rollover Shares (including, without limitation, any broker holding securities in “street name”) shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Parent all certificates representing the Rollover Shares in such Person’s possession, persons’ possession for disposition in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; such certificates and documents Agreement (the “Share Documents”). The Share Documents shall be held in escrow by Parent or any agent authorized by Parent until the Rollover Closing.

The Share Documents shall be held by Parent or any agent authorized by Parent until the Closing.

No later than five one (51) Business Days Day prior to the Rollover Closing, each the Rollover Shareholder and any agent of such Rollover Shareholder holding certificates evidencing any of the Rollover Shares (if any) shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Parent all certificates representing the such Rollover Shares in such Personperson’s possession, for disposition in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; such certificates and documents shall be held by Parent or any agent authorized by Parent until the Rollover Closing.
