DEPOSIT ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT. At the time you requested your Card, you opened the deposit account with Bank through Mercury to which all POS transactions on your Card would be posted, and this deposit account is referred to as your primary Deposit Account. If your Primary Deposit Account is closed, you will lose access to your Ac- count and your Card will no longer work.
