Common use of Deposit Account Control Agreements Clause in Contracts

Deposit Account Control Agreements. Within sixty (60) days after the Closing Date (or such extended period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent), the Administrative Agent shall have received, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, Deposit Account Control Agreements and Securities Account Control Agreements with respect to each account required to be subject to such agreement pursuant to Section 6.13.

Deposit Account Control Agreements. Within sixty The Administrative Agent shall have received, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory thereto, within ninety (6090) days after following the Closing Date (or such extended period of time as reasonably agreed to by the Administrative Agent), the Administrative Agent shall have received, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, Deposit Account Control Agreements and Securities Account Control Agreements with respect to each account the extent required to be subject to such agreement delivered pursuant to Section 6.13.6.14. 100

Deposit Account Control Agreements. Within sixty (60) days after the Closing Date (or such extended period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent), the Administrative Agent Credit Parties shall have received, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, deliver duly executed Deposit Account Control Agreements and Securities Account Control Agreements as requested by the Administrative Agent with respect to each account Collateral for which a control agreement is required to be subject to such agreement pursuant to Section 6.13for perfection of the Administrative Agent’s security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code.
