Common use of Deployments Clause in Contracts

Deployments. Off-duty employees for deployments will be selected from a volunteer deployment list. Employees voluntarily deployed for a deployment will be paid overtime at their regular 56- hour factored rate for hours actually worked on the days they would otherwise be off duty. For the hours they would otherwise be on duty, they will be paid their regular straight pay. The Municipality will have the discretion to supplement the deployment with employees of varying levels of experience and certification.
