Common use of Dependents Clause in Contracts

Dependents. The Subscriber may also enroll the following: a. The Subscriber's legal spouse. b. The Subscriber’s state-registered domestic partner (as required by Washington state law) or if specifically included as eligible by the Group, the Subscriber’s non-state registered domestic partner. State-registered domestic partners will be extended the same rights as spouses. c. Children who are under the age of 26.
