Common use of Dependent Care Account Clause in Contracts

Dependent Care Account. All employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to designate for deduction and apply for reimbursement of up to $5,000 pre-tax dollars per year spent for the care of his/her dependent(s). This includes Childcare, Eldercare, Preschool, Day Camp, Before/After School Programs and Nursing Care.
