DEPARTURES FROM CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM. The Contractor shall not, without an approval or direction of the Principal’s Representative under this clause 33 or other reasonable cause, depart from: (a) a Construction Program included in the Contract; (b) a Construction Program submitted to, and accepted by the Contractor’s Representative; or (c) a Construction Program determined by the Principal’s Representative.
