Departure Cleaning Services - Owner Occupants. Upon the departure of Owner Occupants, Manager will provide departure housekeeping services in order to ensure the Residence is clean and habitable for Rental Guests. Manager will require Owner to pay all fees established by Manager for the departure housekeeping services to ensure the Residence meets the Manager’s standards for housekeeping services, including the laundering and changing of all linens. Manager shall apply departure housekeeping services to the Owner’s account statement. Should the period of time from the most recent departure housekeeping service and the arrival of a Rental Guest extend for more than fourteen (14) days, then Owner shall be responsible for paying all fees established by Manager for any housekeeping services necessary to make the Residence habitable and consistent with the Project’s standards, and any such housekeeping fees will be deducted from Owner’s Proceeds.
