Common use of DEPARTMENT'S REPRESENTATIVE Clause in Contracts

DEPARTMENT'S REPRESENTATIVE. The Department’s Project Manager shall be the Department's representative during the period of this Agreement. He/she has authority to curtail services if necessary to ensure proper execution. He/she shall certify to the Department when payments under this Agreement are due and the amounts to be paid. He/she shall make decisions on all claims of the Proposer, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department.
