Common use of Departmental Stewards Clause in Contracts

Departmental Stewards. The Union shall be represented at Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure by departmental stewards. The jurisdiction of a departmental xxxxxxx shall be limited to the processing of complaints in the area which he serves as a xxxxxxx. Each departmental xxxxxxx shall be employed in the area which he serves as a xxxxxxx. No employee shall be represented by more than one (1) departmental xxxxxxx.
