Common use of Dental Group Clause in Contracts

Dental Group. Dental Group shall have the sole responsibility and ------------ authority for all aspects of the practice of dentistry and delivery of dental services by Providers. Dental Group shall consult with Manager or the Joint Operations Committee to the extent reasonable and not inconsistent with the licensure of dentists.

Dental Group. The rendition of all dental professional services, including, but not limited to, diagnosis, treatment, surgery, therapy and prescription medicine and drugs, and the supervision and preparation of dental reports shall be the responsibility of Dental Group. Notwithstanding, the foregoing, Dental Group shall consult with Manager or the Joint Operations Committee to the extent reasonable and not inconsistent with the licensure of dentists.
