Common use of Dental Care Program Clause in Contracts

Dental Care Program. The City will contribute 100% of the premium for the employee-only dental care coverage as provided by the City of Pasadena. For employees who cover a dependent, the City will contribute up to an additional $75.84 per month for the dental plan premium.

Dental Care Program. The City will contribute 100% of the employee only PPO premium for the employee-only towards a dental care coverage program as provided by the City of Pasadena. For employees who cover a dependent, the City will contribute up to an additional $75.84 80.00 per month for toward the dental plan care premium. At no time will the City contribute more than 100% of the premium for whatever dental care is chosen.

In no case shall an employee receive more than the amount of the premium for the dental plan premiumfor which he/she is enrolled.
