Common use of Dental Care Professional Clause in Contracts

Dental Care Professional. The term "Dental Care Professional" shall mean ------------------------ any individual holding a current, unrestricted license issued by the appropriate dental licensing board in the state in which the Dental Care Professional renders Dental Care, which permits such individual to provide Dental Care, including without limitation dentists (as that term is defined in (S)2.5) and denturists, dental assistants, and hygienists.
