DENOMINATION AND DATE OF SECURITIES; PAYMENT OF INTEREST. Unless otherwise provided in Section 2.3, the Securities of each series shall be issuable as Registered Securities in denominations of $1,000 and any integral multiple thereof. The Securities of each series shall be numbered, lettered or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plan as the officers of the Issuer executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee, as evidenced by the execution and authentication thereof. Each Registered Security shall be dated the date of its authentication. The Securities of each series shall bear interest, if any, from the date, and such interest shall be payable on the dates, established as contemplated by Section 2.3.
