Common use of Demonstration Use Clause in Contracts

Demonstration Use. If Software has been provided to Buyer for demonstration or evaluation purposes, Buyer may use such Software for a period of 90 days from the date the Software was delivered to Buyer. After this 90-day period, Buyer agrees to either return the Software to Honeywell or pay the applicable license fee for Buyer's continued use of the Software and to abide by these terms and conditions.
