PARTNER ACTIVITIES Clause Samples

The "Partner Activities" clause defines the rights and limitations regarding the activities that each partner may undertake during the course of the partnership. It typically outlines whether partners are permitted to engage in other business ventures, either independently or with third parties, and may specify any restrictions to prevent conflicts of interest or competition with the partnership. By clearly delineating acceptable and prohibited activities, this clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that all partners are aligned in their commitments and obligations to the partnership.
