Common use of Demonstration Units Clause in Contracts

Demonstration Units. Bioject agrees to furnish to Serono, at Bioject's own cost, a reasonable number of Products necessary to provide demonstrations to interested, potential customers. The quantity of Products supplied by Bioject to Serono for demonstration purposes shall be not less than *** needle-free devices and associated supplies. As of the date of this Agreement, *** demonstration devices have been delivered by Bioject to Serono.
