Demonstration Units. Orders by Distributor for samples and/or pilot run may be subject to smaller amount and shorter cycle time as shall be requested by Distributor and accepted by AOS. In such cases, products may be ordered in multiples of smaller units (calculated in number of reels or tubes), and in no events shall exceed three such units.
Demonstration Units. 9.1 At the request of Ingram, Vendor shall consign to Ingram a reasonable number of demonstration units of the Product to aid Ingram and its sales staff in the support and promotion of the Product. All units consigned will be returned to Vendor in good condition, reasonable wear and tear expected, when requested by Vendor at any time eleven (11) months after delivery to Xxxxxx.
Demonstration Units. Bioject agrees to furnish to Serono, at Bioject's own cost, a reasonable number of Products necessary to provide demonstrations to interested, potential customers. The quantity of Products supplied by Bioject to Serono for demonstration purposes shall be not less than *** needle-free devices and associated supplies. As of the date of this Agreement, *** demonstration devices have been delivered by Bioject to Serono.
Demonstration Units. The Merchandising Display will include one or more demonstration units at no cost to RadioShack.

Demonstration Units. At any time (a) have more than 12 Demonstration Units in which any security interest is held by ALLY to secure the ALLY Loan Agreements (any such Demonstration Units, “ALLY Lien Demonstration Units”); (b) have ALLY Lien Demonstration Units with an aggregate book value in excess of $436,000; (c) have ALLY Lien Demonstration Units for which the outstanding principal amount financed under the ALLY Loan Agreements exceeds $340,000; or (d) have Demonstration Units (other than ALLY Lien Demonstration Units) with an aggregate book value in excess of $200,000.
Demonstration Units. Medtronic will be entitled to purchase from CMI a reasonable number of System demonstration units, as mutually determined by CMI and Medtronic, for use in selected Medtronic training centers at a transfer price equal to CMI's fully burdened manufacturing costs reasonably determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (excluding freight, duties and customs, and any extraordinary start-up costs). This "reasonable number of demonstration units" will be consistent with the number of Medtronic "training centers" for the Systems in North America. Medtronic and CMI will agree by December 31, 1997 upon terms pursuant to which CMI will be entitled to reasonable access and use of such Medtronic "training centers" in North America. During the fourth quarter of calendar 1998 or upon earlier availability, Medtronic may purchase two (2) demonstration Systems for use in Medtronic's "training centers" in North America at a price equal to [*]. Payment for all demonstration units purchased by Medtronic shall be made within 15 days of CMI's invoice. No commission shall be payable by CMI to Medtronic with respect to such sales of demonstration units. Medtronic shall not be entitled to resell such demonstration units.

Notwithstanding the provisions of 2.5 above, BSLT agrees to provide CRII with demonstration units of Product up to a maximum quantity of one hundred (100) units, at a price equal to BSLT's MCOP. Manufacture and delivery of demonstration units shall be in accordance with the other provisions of this Agreement.
Demonstration Units. KTA in its sole direction may offer Sales Representativethe use of certain Products for the purpose of demonstrating such Products to potential customers ("Demonstration Units"). Sales Representative shall return allDemonstration Units to KTA within one (1) week of demand by KTA. KTA may set specific terms of the purchase from time to time of Demonstration Units by Sales Representative. Sales Representative must use each product so purchased for demonstration purposes only for a minimum of six (6) months from date of delivery before selling such product to a customer unless KTA grants prior written approval. Sales Representative must reply to KTA's demonstration inventory status report once a quarter within two (2) weeks of receipt. Any demonstration units, including manuals and accessories which Sale Representative does not have in its possession will be invoiced as sold to Sales Representative and such amount will be deducted from the followings month's commission statement or directly charged to Sales Representative.
