Common use of Demolition or Alterations Clause in Contracts

Demolition or Alterations. Except as permitted herein or in the other Loan Documents, the commencement of demolition of or material alterations (as such term is defined in the Mortgage) to any Property without the prior written consent of Lender, which consent may be withheld by Lender in Lender's sole discretion.
