Demands, Notices and Communications. All formal demands, notices and communications by and between Xxxxxx Mae and the Holder of any Certificate shall be in writing and delivered in person or by first class mail, postage prepaid (a) if to Xxxxxx Xxx or the Paying Agent, to the Corporate Secretary of Xxxxxx Mae, 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X. 00000, or to such other address as shall be set forth in a notification to Certificateholders or (b) if to the Holder of a Certificate, to the entity acting as nominee for the Depository or (c) if to the Certificate Registrar or the Transfer Agent, to the Corporate Trust Office thereof located at 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX 00000. Any notice so mailed within the time prescribed in this Trust Agreement shall be conclusively presumed to have been duly given whether or not the Certificateholder receives such notice.
