The Company will deliver to the Underwriters, without charge, from time to time during the period when the Registration Statement, the Prospectus and the General Disclosure Package is required to be delivered under the Securities Act or the Exchange Act such number of copies of each Registration Statement, Prospectus and General Disclosure Package as the Underwriters may reasonably request as soon as the Registration Statement or any amendment or supplement thereto is declared effective by the Commission, deliver you two original executed Registration Statements, including exhibits, and all post-effective amendments thereto and copies of all exhibits filed therewith or incorporated therein by reference and all original executed consents of certified experts.
