DELIVERY TERMS AND DELIVERY TIME. 12.1 The terms of supply and delivery of the System shall be "Delivery at Place" DAP (as that term is defined in Incoterms 2010, International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade, ICC Publication No. 715) at the Diesel Workshop in Haifa (the "Site"). 12.2 The Delivery Time of System shall not exceed 12 (twleve) months from the issuance of a Purchase Order (the “Delivery Time”).
