Common use of Delivery Scope Clause in Contracts

Delivery Scope. 3.1. The delivery scope is subject to the order placed by the Buyer. 3.2. Necessary protective equipment, certificates of origin and storage-, assembly and operating instructions and data sheets issued in the official EU languages must be included in delivery if necessary. The same applies to documents required for maintenance and repair of the delivery. 3.3. The Supplier undertakes to use eco-friendly products and processes within the framework of what is economically and technically feasible. The Supplier will issue a certificate of inspection free of charge for the goods delivered at the Buyer's request.
