Delivery Scope. 3.1. The scope of the Goods to be delivered shall be set forth in a purchase order placed by the Buyer. 3.2. Necessary protective equipment, certificates of origin and storage, assembly and operating in- structions, and data sheets all issued in English and all other languages specified on the applica- ble purchase order must be included in delivery of the Goods, as applicable. The same applies to documents required for maintenance and repair of the Goods. 3.3. The Supplier shall use eco-friendly products and processes within the framework of what is economically and technically feasible. The Sup- plier will issue a certificate of inspection free of charge for the Goods delivered at the Buyer's re- quest.
