Delivery; Right to Modify. Accenture will perform the Online Services in accordance with this Agreement. Accenture may modify the Online Services and/or the corresponding Service Description at any time: (a) due to changes in applicable laws or industry standards; and (b) for any other reason, if the modification does not materially reduce the level of performance, functionality, security or availability of the Online Services during the Term.
