Delivery of Vested Units. Promptly following the expiration of the restrictions on the Restricted Units as contemplated in Section 4 of this Agreement, and subject to Section 9, the Company shall cause to be issued and delivered to the Director or the Director’s designee the number of Restricted Units as to which restrictions have lapsed, free of any restrictive legend relating to the lapsed restrictions, and shall pay to the Director any previously unpaid UDRs distributed with respect to the Restricted Units. Neither the value of the Restricted Units nor the UDRs shall bear any interest owing to the passage of time.
