On the Closing Date, the Administrative Trustee shall cause Trust Securities Certificates, in an aggregate Liquidation Amount as provided in Sections 2.04 and 2.05, to be executed on behalf of the Trust as provided in Section 5.02 and delivered to or upon a written order of the Depositor signed by its Chairman of the Board, its President, any Vice President or the Treasurer, without further corporate action by the Depositor, in authorized denominations.
