Delivery of Trust Documentation Sample Clauses

The 'Delivery of Trust Documentation' clause requires one party, typically the trustee or grantor, to provide relevant trust documents to another party, such as a beneficiary or successor trustee. This may include original trust agreements, amendments, account statements, or other records necessary to administer or understand the trust. By mandating the timely and complete transfer of these documents, the clause ensures transparency, facilitates proper trust administration, and helps prevent disputes arising from lack of information.
