Common use of Delivery of Share Certificates Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Share Certificates. As soon as practicable after the Closing, but in no event more than five (5) business days after the Closing, the Company agrees to cause manually executed originals of a certificate evidencing the number of Shares indicated below such Investor’s name on its signature page hereto, registered in the name of such Investor or its custodian as indicated on the Investor’s signature page hereto.

As soon as practicable after the Closing, but in no event more than five ten (510) business days Trading Days after the Closing, the Company agrees to cause manually executed originals of a certificate evidencing the number of Shares indicated below such Investor’s 's name on its signature page hereto, registered in the name of such Investor or its custodian as indicated on the Investor’s 's signature page hereto.
